After meetings in Delft, Bratislava, Helsinki, and Atlanta it’s time to have another Meeting in the Netherlands. This time we selected a location close to the German and Belgium border - to make it easier for people from those countries to join us.
	We found a very nice location in Schin op Geul, a small village not too far from Maastricht and Valkenburg. It’s a farmhouse built in traditional style in the 17th century, called ‘The Struchterhof’. It has dormitories and a large kitchen we can use. The Program Nothing is definite yet, but for now this is what we have in mind: Friday, August 29th: From 5:00 pm on: Arrival, dinner and getting to know each other. Saturday, August 30th: Visit some nice places in the region. It’s only 15 minutes by train to Maastricht - a wonderful town to walk around in, with great squares to sit and relax. Maybe someone will manage to get us a tour around town by GPS. Dinner at the Struchterhof - and afterwards we’ll have another go at "River Bliss" - the largest Griddler ever. Sunday, August 31st We can stay until lunch in the farmhouse. Maybe we’ll have a walk up to the Keutenberg - the steepest climb in the Netherlands - or enjoy Old Valkenburg, which has some pretty castles. The Costs We don’t know exactly what the cost will be, it very much depends on the number of people that will be joining us. For now we think that € 80 each should be enough to cover the rent and the food. If you are certain that you want to come - please make an in advance payment of € 40 so that we can pay for the rent of the building. A few weeks before the actual Meeting we will ask you to pay the rest of the money. Payments can be made to bank account 4147765 - J.G.
